StanD and the Orange County Multi-ethnic Collaborative of Community Agencies (OCMECCA.ORG) have partnered up to present four performances of StanD in May and June of 2022. Christopher is currently working full-time with MECCA and their Crisis Counselling Program to implement ways we can reach out to their communities. Dates of events TBA.

Christopher Belen Aguilar
Christopher Belen Aguilar has been recognized by the Orange County Board of Supervisors for his contributions to Mental Health. Christopher has been a leader in the mental health community since 2017 and has thus presented StanD at over 25 different organizations.
His experience with Bipolar Disorder has enabled him to reach out to others who may not know that they can get help. It’s his personal mission to make each individual feel like they exist, and that they have something very special to offer this world. StanD was entirely inspired by Christopher’s life and family. After being hospitalized twice for his mental health, he felt compelled to prevent others from going to the hospital themselves.
